I was going over the banking system in Sierra Leone. It talks about Islamic Banking system. I am not aware of what that means.
I need to know if anyone can put me wise on the following:
1. If I come to freetown with American Express Traveler's cheque, would the banks in free town accept these ?
Appreciate information on it.

Islamic banking just complies with aspects of Muslim law.
For the most part you won't notice much difference unless it comes to loans.
