There a a lot of multinational organisations in Lahore. Secondly Lahore is of extreme importance in historical buildings and religious places and you will find hundreds of travelers and tourists from Europe at hotels and shopping centers.
Italian high commission of Islamabad will put you in touch with Italians residing in Lahore and I suggest you get in touch with it as soon as you arrive in Pakistan.
