is there any paying guest type accommodation for a Bachelor

Hi,
I am planning at a PG type of accommodation once I land there in Muscat. Can some one tell me if such stuff is available.
I am not talking about sharing an apartment or room.
single room with personal bathroom with wifi, televisions and a cupboard.
please let me know the if its available and its cost.

Paying Guest accommodations are not as common here in Muscat, as much as sharing accommodations are.

To be able to find some suitable options, it would be best that you advertise here in the forum first, and upon your arrival post some classified ads in the local English dailies and weeklies.

my new colleague who recently landed in muscat is staying in a guesthouse in ghubra south "aywa guesthouse" near majan hotel at the back of al ibdaa private school. he is paying ro 285 per month for a single room with private toilet and bath. i believe he found it in dubizzle.com
