Of course, nothing is free!
If it's not free, then it considered as an advt. Then she need to move her post into classified section from here

Do i need to move? I wanna make a part time job. Cuz im a student . If ít is necessary to move to be more suitable, i will do it

yes. nothing is free.
but some Vietnamese students wanna have a chance to speak English to native English speakers, so they think the best way to have more chances to speak English is teaching Vietnamese for foreigners. a friend of mine does it, and I'm willing to do that too.
