I am planning on moving to Trinidad, and I am looking into employment. Is there any advice that anyone could share with me to assist in my search.

First of all it would be very convenient if you knew anybody on the island. It is rather unlikely you will get much response if the recipient of an email does not know who you are, just like in any of the islands. Unfortunately employment sites do not offer relief either. What is it exactly that you are looking for?
