Quick question

As there are a too many topics and they all discuss electricity bills and rental prices, I`ll just pop open a quickie.

What is your average monthly cost of food in Nha Trang/Vietnam?

Go :)

Consider ~ 15 USD a day on a backpacker level.

Cook at home?  Meat? Always restaurants? Local restaurants? Foreign restaurants?

I asked what are YOUR monthly expenses for food in Vietnam?

I would not even know that. What would it make for a sense, separating the beers, guests or family from the meal just to get those numbers.

Per my Quicken, Spending: Last 12 months for food and dining out: 85,250,560 VND. Divide that by 12 and I spent 7,104,000 per month. 10 of those 12 months was just me and the wife, but I have a new baby now, and the food bill over the past 2 months has increased somewhat.

"what would it make for a sense?" If I`m understanding this sentence correctly, I would say for budgeting purposes....

If you include the cost of beer, or family and guests, is up to you, but I assume they are a big part of your life and that it would make sense to add it.

Thank you saigonmonkey! That was perfect! Just how I wanted it!
