I think the easier would be to go around the city and ask in bars and restaurants if they need staff.
One thing that they might ask you is if you have a sofi nummer (or also call BSN nummer). It's necessary to have one to work legaly in Holland. So in case you can say that you are waiting for the appointment and you should have it next month. It shouldn't be a problem.

cashinhand... hum.. Maybe you can sell weed after the coffee shops are closed.. They are always people looking for it late night. But I would not recommend.
