Closest beaches to Volcan/Boquete area

I am researching either Boquete or Vulcan as a potential home and wondered how close they are to any beaches that are suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

La Barqueta is about 35 miles from Boquete. About an hour drive. It's the same beach that you would go to from Volcan which is about the same time, not because of the distance but because of the roads.

That'd be a 1.5-2hr drive depending on where you want to go. Las Lajas might be a good option.
