Foreign friends to have a great time

i would love to hang out with expatriate friends in Sri lanka. im a Sri lankan guy who reads for the bachelor's degree in management at a local university. as humans why don't we become friends? no matter what is your skin tone, race or religion we all can be great humans right?it is the common factor which evades all the divisions among people.
