I was previously got rejected for applying my Z visa to work in Beijing by the Beijing Labor Bureau even though my employing company has offered me a position. I don't have a degree and they insist that I MUST have a degree in order to apply for my Z visa.
My question - does anyone know if it is also a MUST to have a degree qualification to apply for Z visa to work in Shanghai?
Is degree a must to apply for Z visa?

Hi Wendy,
yes, you do need a bachelor degree at least to get the z-visa.
Anyway, I know some of the employers here know how to work around it and get the candidate in.
