Hello everybody, I am looking for a flat to rent in Beijing, here are my expectations:

No more than 30 minutes driving (bus or subway) to get there. Heres the address: Jianan Jie, Beijing Economic Technological Development Area
- Close to a bus station or a subway station to be able to get to the Economic and technological development area.
- I will be living on my own
- I am without children & without pets.
- Preferably closer to the town than the suburbs.
- One bedroom (for 2 people preferably)
- One clean bathroom.
- Duration of the rent: 12 months
- Budget around 900 USD maximum.

Waiting for your answers / proposals / advices.
