Hi everyone, I would like to know in your opinion/experience which are the best apartments / complex in Dubai Marina, regarding facilities (pool, gym, rooftop, common areas, etc, etc).
I am trying to understand which are the top building, I am looking for an apartment of 2 bdr within a budget of 150K Maximum.
Any comments or opinions will be extremely appreciate

Im working in real estate company and i specialising in Dubai Marina.
For your question i can say-its Marina Promenade/Damac waves/Al Sahab/Al Majara.All of them have good finishing and facilities.And also they close to the beach,Marina walk-JBR,where is a lot of cafes and restaurants.If you have more questions-call me 050 564 56 73
