Hi,
We plan to move to Lille and live for about 3 years. My husband wants to learn English through this time but I am not sure whether there is a totally English-spoken language school where he can learn English. As we do not know French, it would be impossible to track the lessons otherwise. Is there such a language school or any other suggestions?

try places like Wall Street Institute. The British Library in Lille runs conversation classes in English but I think they are only for those who can speak a little already but they may have an idea of where offers what you are looking for. http://www.britishlibraryinlille.com/
