Hi linda,
I have to say that France is perfect place to stay and study, it has great modern culture and some beautiful places to see. Last year my close friend went there to continue studies and from what we talked he is really satisfied in general.
France has most prestigious universities in Europe that offers you great study program, also there are some opportunities to work while studying and that will be a positive thing for you.
