Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Cambodia?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Cambodia?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

They would have to get a National Cambodian ID inorder to do so, you would have to get Cambodian citizenship too. I had to before buying land with my partner. My Cambodian partner organised it. You may have to get a someone who you trust to organised this.....being a foreigner and being Cambodia in my experience alot of leg work!!!!
