@AngelaUK2021 After the pronouncement of Talaq, the husband is legally required to notify the local Union Council in writing. This step is mandated by the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance of 1961. The notice should be given within 30 days of the Talaq

@Heart Collector Thankyou for responding. So after the husband has received the certificate from the council. Does he have to give a copy to the ex wife ?
