About 2 weeks ago I received my Vietnamese visa. On attempting to fly to Vietnam, an error in my date of birth was spotted and I was denied boarding. Surely this was not my mistake as I had to enter the correct date when checking my application status and the application was found in the system.I submitted the application for the second time, but there was an error during the payment. Unfortunately, I could not make it again and was instructed to reapply. I did so. In the last application the payment was collected but I did not receive any confirmation and the system does not find this application. At the moment, none of my applications are being processed. Had anyone a similar problem?
