Entry after cancellation of work visa

Hello, I was working in Oman but due to some family emergency I had to take leave and go back to India. But now the situation is bad hear and I may not be able to come for few months. I spoke with my employer he understood my problem and is k with it. My visa will expire on December 15th 2024 , and I exited Oman on November 15th 2023. My employer is like my visa will get cancelled automatically after 6 months, if I don't enter. If everything goes well in India can I come back after 6months or after my visa as expired ( that's 15th December 2024) on new employment visa. Or will I be banned from entry
