I'm considering moving to Slovenia but I have hard time to determine the taxation and social rates system.
I'm an s.p. in Ukraine and have a contract with non EU company (software-developer consultant) and have an annual income of about 48 000 USD.
What taxes and social contributions I have to pay if I register as the s.p. in Slovenia?

But on what reason you are moving to Slovenia? For work no as you will not work for our company. So there is no legal reason they will give you residency.
