Appreciate if someone provide step by step process to change employer with in Bahrain and does it required medical tests again?

As per special conditions, expat employee unable to transfer without the consent of current employer if he/ she not complete one year of service. Am I right?

can an expat employee resign from the company without intension to join with a new company if his employer not allow him to leave?

if possible,

can an expat employee resign by giving one day notice within probation period?

Notice period is as per contract signed. If you resign in notice period employer has upper hand and there could be consequences.
