From Houston to Saigon it usually takes 2-3 weeks if it isn't priority mail. I wouldn't be too concerned yet, but in the future if it is something important, I would send it by priority mail through DHL or FedEx. Read More

The only way they will let you deposit USD is if it comes from outside the country, or you have paperwork for where it came from inside the country. It looks like your easiest bet is going to be to transfer it to Vietnam from another country. You ... Read More
