Well done :) There seems to be a lot of conflicting advice (as ever) at the moment saying that you have to have a Bahraini to go with you for any immigration/cpr issues. Sounds like that may not the be case at all. Read More

Gluten free

Geant and Alosra have Gluten Free sections. There is also a health food shop opposite Geant in Bahrain Mall that do lots of Gluten Free products. I am pretty sure the Organic Cafe in Seef Mall do too. Hope that helps Read More
