I left the UK last year without making any provision for my death. Although it is my intention to be around for a good few years yet, what I would like to know is, can I make a will in Malta to benefit my children who live in the UK?

You would only be able to change your UK licence to a Maltese issue one under the existing Brexit agreement if you are a resident here and do it before the end of June. After that you would be applying as a TCN both for residency and for the driving ... Read More
