Living peacefully among wonderful people, be they Italian, Tunisian or from any other part of the world.

I found both Italian and Tunisian friends who were very affectionate but obviously after a good screening of profiteers, perfect climate in winter barely turning on the heating every now and then, reasonable prices for living there despite some things like petrol and meat having increased due to 3 years of pandemic Ukraine and the general political and economic situation, a spectacular sea!
Whatever is purchased, be it a good or a service, once purchased, no type of guarantee is almost ever provided, so check carefully what you buy first. Almost all Tunisians see Europeans as rich and generally behave accordingly, that is, they tend to increase the prices of things they sell. Never lend money... As a rule! Many women love dating foreigners even if they are older but few out of love for the person as much as for possible economic security or the possibility of moving, obviously this does not apply to everyone. P. S. There are also Tunisian men with the same attitude towards Western women. It is very difficult for residents to own a pleasure boat or vessel of any type due to the restrictive Tunisian rules which prohibit foreign residents from owning or operating boats registered in Tunisia and not only those... For everyday life: good coffee is missing unless you go to some coffee shop with higher standards, it's difficult to find decent cheese unless you spend more than triple what it costs in Italy, chaotic traffic, you have to have a hundred eyes, the tap water is poorly purified, I can't even make coffee with it. When renting an apartment, be careful to check it carefully before signing the contract because once the contract has been signed, any problems at the owner's expense will hardly be resolved.
