Just reading some of the forums, why is it so hard to keep homes warm in the winter? Is it much colder than northern Spain? Are you better off trying to find a newly built apartment block? Just asking as we are looking to move there from Barca later ...

Thanks, we will go for a new build apartment. I never thought of this as a problem as its easy to heat our flat in Spain and thought the workmanship would be about the same. Thankfully heating is only needed for a couple of months :) Read More
