Create a company with a capital of $130,000 and buy your apartment by your company.That won’t work either. Buying real estate as an individual or under a company will not get you a TRC. Read More

No need to hire a lawyer if you are familiar with purchase contracts. It is also non negotiable. Once you start requesting changes to the contract, the agent and/or developer will stop taking your calls as you will be considered low probability. ... Read More
