I mainly transported tourists across the country; I was organizing private car tours with a Vietnamese friend.
The climate, the sea, the quiet life, the people, the cuisine, the quality of life of a Westerner given the very low cost of living. I specify, from a Westerner, because the Vietnamese are poor. The fact that the country has a very young population, which is a guarantee of the future and emancipation.
The concreting of the coasts and the lack of interest in the environment. The tourist traps in big cities, the impossibility of trusting when it comes to money, even between blood brothers.

The cultural diversity, the university city, the 100 or so nationalities that we meet there every day and the friends who come, and sometimes leave, from the four corners of the world that we make there.
The galloping urbanization around the university campus attracts a category of “petty bourgeois” who have forgotten that they were once students.
