I was born in Alexandria, Egypt (but unfortunately I don't know Arabic), to a Greek mother and an Italian father. Thanks to them, I received a good education. I have lived in Italy, Switzerland, England, the USA, Canada. I am retired, currently single, and I have a grown-up, independent son. Tunisia, which I have never seen, attracts me, like Morocco which I have already visited (beautiful!). But I can't decide which city to settle in (as long as there is the sea!) I would like to found and run a treatment and recovery (rehab) center for anorexic people, but I have no idea of the regulations that exist in Tunisia for starting and supporting such a project. For the first time I would like to temporarily share the house (i.e. be a paying guest) with a lady already in Tunisia, perhaps also alone, and so (at least for a while) we could keep each other company. I think I won't rent a house right away because at the beginning I think I'll be away often and I wouldn't want to leave the house unprotected. Afterwards, I would become independent. (I would like a house with a garden, but what about the prices?) I am passionate about online marketing and I have some projects, but I am very ignorant in IT and I would like It's great to meet people who know much more than me. Furthermore, I would like to know from ladies who went to Tunisia alone (or found themselves alone later) how they lived the experience of being single: is a woman welcomed or is she easily marginalized (especially if she is not younger)? And then, I would like to learn Arabic, a language that I like very much. And possibly teach in some schools, even occasionally, even for free. Lots of irons in the fire, huh?
