Client Experience Representative

Job Title: Client Experience Representative — Remote (Bali / Thailand / Vietnam)

Are you based in Bali, Thailand, or Vietnam and looking for flexible, meaningful remote work with an Australian company?

We're Brightgreen — an Australian award-winning LED lighting company (certified B Corporation) — and we're looking for someone special for a unique client-facing role.

What you'll do:

You'll lead two video conversations with clients — a design brief (~30 mins) and a design presentation (~1 hour). That's it. Everything else is handled for you.

What we're looking for:

Someone warm, curious, and genuinely good at making people feel heard. You don't need a sales background — we hire from hospitality, interior design, luxury retail, research, and beyond. If you've spent years making people feel understood, we want to talk to you.

The details:

AUD $50 per design brief | AUD $100 per design presentation

Per-session contract — flexible, no full-time commitment

Australian business hours (9am–5pm AEST/AEDT)

100% remote — work from anywhere with good internet and audio
