Debt Collection Agent (Native English Speaker)

Antroya Debt Collection Law Office is seeking a B2B Commercial Debt Collection Agent to work from our Istanbul Maslak office.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 12:00 – 20:00 (Turkey time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors by phone to negotiate payments and propose effective solutions.

• Prepare professional call reports in English.

• Conduct credit and intelligence reports for clients.

• Communicate and coordinate with partner law firms on shared case files.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker (mandatory).

• Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to prepare professional written reports in English.

• Previous experience in debt collection or B2B case handling is a plus.
