Dialysis Unit, Östra Hospital - Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Gothenburg

We are seeking 1 nurse to our dialysis unit at Östra Hospital, part of Sahlgrenska University Hospital. We prefer candidates with experience from dialysis units or acute care.

What we look for:

Registered nurse (RN) with Swedish license;

C1 level Swedish language – after finalised language course;

Preferably experience from dialysis or acute care.

Employment: Permanent, full-time (100%)

Schedule: Day and evening shifts, every 4th weekend, approx. 1 evening/week

Start: As soon as possible

Your role and responsibilities:

Clinical work:

Hemodialysis treatment of chronic and acute patients

Working with medical technology and nursing care

Building long-term relationships with patients

Person-centred care approach

Supporting patients' self-care abilities

Work environment:

Highly specialised outpatient clinic with 16 treatment stations

Teamwork with nurses and assistant nurses

8-week comprehensive introduction with experienced supervisor

Continued mentorship after introduction

Stimulating work environment combining technology and care
