Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist | Lisbon, Portugal WITH OR WITHOUT ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

Important: Only candidates with valid EU work authorization for Portugal will be considered.

Location: On-site or Remote in Lisbon (relocation support available)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract: Permanent

• Signing Bonus: €2,000 for selected projects

• Base Salary: €1,000/month (paid over 14 months; ~€1,167/month)

• Performance/Complexity Bonus: €100/year (~€8/month)

• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per workday (~€159/month for 22 working days)

• Transport Allowance: €20/month

• Additional Pay (per Portuguese Labour Code):

o Night hours (22:00–07:00): 25% on base hourly pay

o Sundays & Public Holidays (within fixed rotation, not overtime): 50% on base pay or compensated with equivalent rest (~€131/month estimate)

• Approximate total monthly compensation: €1,485–€1,500 (including base, bonuses, allowances; night/weekend pay varies)

• Health Insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)

• Paid onboarding and ongoing training from certified trainers

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary

• Provide personalized solutions to each customer

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Collaborate with your team to ensure top-quality service

Requirements

• Native French speaker (written and spoken) plus English B2 level (projects without English requirements also available)

• Positive attitude, customer-oriented, motivated to grow

• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required

• Valid EU work authorization required

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (relocation support provided)

• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (or Monday–Friday depending on project)

Relocation Support (Lisbon only)

• Reimbursement of airfare at the end of the 6th month (up to €400 in Economy class)

• For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent €280/month including utilities (deducted from payroll)
