• Installing, replacing, and repairing electrical controls and panel boxes
• Designing and constructing low-voltage multiphase services (30 to 750V)
• Splicing, joining, and connecting wires for complex systems
• Testing voltage, loads, and ground fault integrity
• Troubleshooting faults and selecting materials for hazardous locations
• Installing surface mount and overhead cables
• Supervising workers and instructing apprentices
• Installing power generation and conditioning systems
• Conducting preventive maintenance and estimating costs
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, and technical specifications
• Maintaining detailed service documentation and delivering professional customer service
