Works Manager / Project Manager

As an experienced construction professional, I am currently a project manager in an architectural firm where I manage all-trades projects, from the design phase to delivery. I am currently looking for a position as a Works Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Works Supervisor in Morocco, in a company active in the construction, waterproofing, or civil engineering sectors. With over 8 years of experience in France, I have developed solid expertise in project management, team management, technical monitoring, budget optimization, and stakeholder coordination. My assignments have led me to work on public and private projects, both in new construction and renovation, particularly in the fields of waterproofing and civil engineering. Key skills: • Project management in TCE and civil engineering • Technical expertise in waterproofing, building envelope, industrial roofs • Coordination between architects, project managers, companies and clients • Quoting, measurement, calls for tender and customer relationship management • Budget monitoring, schedule management, quality control • Management of teams and subcontractors • Software mastered: AutoCAD, Excel, EBP Bâtiment, construction site monitoring tools What I'm looking for: A position of responsibility in Morocco in an ambitious company, where I could use my technical, managerial and interpersonal skills, in a stimulating and long-term environment.
