Spa Therapists (Europe – Split, Dubrovnik, Cavtat)

Are you a spa therapist experienced in Thai treatments, looking to advance your wellness career? Join our international team in luxury hotels such as Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, AC Hotel Marriott Split, The Isolano Autograph Collection Cres, Arba Resort Valamar Collection Rab, and more.

Your Role

1. Provide professional massages and treatments (Thai, sport, relaxation, hot stone, Balinese, Ayurveda, facials, spa rituals)
2. Take care of guests with high service standards
3. Recommend treatments and promote spa products
4. Keep rooms clean and follow hygiene rules
5. Help with daily spa tasks (laundry, setup, bookings, etc.)

Requirements

1. 3 years' experience in a spa (5-star hotel or cruise ship)
2. Massage diploma/certificate (min. 300 hours)
3. English or German (advanced)
4. Responsible, professional, and guest-oriented
