About the Role
We are seeking passionate, English teachers to teach young learners (ages 3–12) at our professional English training centers. All lesson materials are provided, and teachers receive pre-job training and ongoing support.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 26,600 RMB/month
- Housing allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB/month
- Performance & attendance bonuses: 500 – 1,000 RMB/month
- Contract renewal bonus: 2,000 – 5,000 RMB/year
- Management Allowance: 4,000 RMB/month
- Legal ‘Z' work visa sponsorship
- Annual salary increase (guaranteed)
- 12 national holidays 5 paid personal days
- Health insurance

5 working days/week
Days off: Monday & Tuesday
Skills
Deliver engaging English lessons using provided materials
Create a fun, supportive classroom environment
Track student progress and maintain communication with parents
Collaborate with colleagues and support center goals
Diplomas
Bachelor’s degree or higher
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours)
Comfortable teaching young learners (ages 3–12)
Available to work weekends
