I have got 10years of experience working with reputable companies where my strength has been successful delivery during stakeholder mobilization and engagements for social license to operate, continuous liaison and communication with stakeholders, grievance management, worker's health, safety, and welfare awareness, and advocacy, teamwork, report writing, development and implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plans, ISO standards implementation, supporting business development through proposal writing and compliance with safeguards performance standards on various construction projects such as roads, bridges, ports and water or WASH extension.
