Target Learners: Adult Non‑Native Speakers
ICBS is currently seeking native Levantine Arabic speakers with proven experience in teaching Arabic to non‑native adult learners. We are expanding our language programs and are looking for passionate, skilled educators who can deliver engaging online classes.
Responsibilities
Teach Levantine Arabic to adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Prepare and deliver online lessons using interactive, learner‑centered methods.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create or adapt teaching materials as needed.
Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional learning environment.
Requirements
Native speaker of a Levantine dialect (Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, or Palestinian).
Experience teaching Arabic to non‑native speakers (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex language concepts.
Comfortable teaching 100% online using digital platforms.
Availability to work with adult learners across different schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in language teaching (e.g., TAFL, TEFL equivalent) are an asset.
Experience teaching adults specifically.
Ability to create tailored learning content.
