We are currently seeking qualified and passionate Arabic as a Foreign Language (AFL) teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and a strong grasp of modern language teaching methodologies. Responsibilities include delivering engaging AFL lessons across various proficiency levels, developing tailored teaching materials, assessing student progress, and fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL) or a recognized teaching certification is a strong asset. Proficiency in English is essential, as many learners may rely on English as a bridge language. Familiarity with online teaching tools and prior experience in curriculum development are highly desirable. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience teaching Arabic as a foreign language, ideally to adults or international learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness , ability to explain cultural context and nuances.
Diplomas
Degree in Arabic language, linguistics, education, or related field.
Certification in teaching Arabic as a foreign language (e.g., TAFL).
Experience with CEFR or ACTFL proficiency frameworks.
