Project manager / Architect / Construction Manager

xperienced and results-oriented Project & Construction Manager with a proven record of delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across West Africa. Skilled in managing all project phases — from concept design, budgeting, and tendering to on-site execution, cost control, and final handover.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full construction lifecycle: planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution.

Supervise multidisciplinary teams (civil, PEB, façade, MEP) to ensure timely and quality completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and payment schedules; monitor budgets and variations.

Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with design and specifications.

Manage subcontractor contracts, mobilization, and progress billing.

Handle reporting, project documentation, and communication with all stakeholders.

Drive value engineering and resource optimization for cost efficiency.
