Hello, my name is Siman Abdouchakour Reporting to: Technical Manager / Production Director Main missions: • Ensure the preparation, installation and adjustment of audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, projectors, etc.). • Take video and photo shots during filming, events, recordings or in the studio. • Carry out sound recording and supervise the audio quality of productions. • Participate in post-production phases: rough cut, video and audio editing, image retouching and calibration. • Check that the equipment is working properly before and after each use, carry out maintenance operations and report any anomalies. • Collaborate with the creative team (directors, editors, graphic designers) to ensure production meets artistic and technical requirements. • Contribute to the creation of additional visual supports: posters, credits, subtitles, special effects if necessary. • Ensure logistical monitoring of filming (preparation of locations, technical coordination). My skills: • Excellent mastery of professional audiovisual equipment (cameras, editing software, digital editing benches, etc.). • Strong technical skills in shooting, framing, lighting and sound recording. • Good knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, vMix streaming, etc.) and graphic editing (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and other software such as Canva. • Rigor, attention to detail, creativity and team spirit. • Good organizational and time management skills, particularly during filming or live broadcasts. • Versatility to work on several technical aspects (image, sound, light). • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Préparation des studios et vérification du fonctionnement des équipements techniques

• Tournage streaming

• Tournage direct sur VMIX

• Manipulation des tous types des mélangeurs vidéo

• Collaborer avec l’équipe créative (réalisateurs, monteurs, graphistes) pour garantir une production conforme aux exigences artistiques et techniques.

• Contribuer à la création de supports visuels complémentaires : affiches, banderoles, carte d’invitation, génériques, sous-titres, effets spéciaux si nécessaire.

• Assurer le suivi logistique des tournages (préparation des lieux, coordination technique).

Bonne connaissance des logiciels de montage (Adobe Première Pro, vMix streaming …) et de retouche graphique (Photoshop, After Effets…) et autres logiciels comme Canva, filmora, powtoon, Animaker.

• Rigueur, sens du détail, créativité et esprit d’équipe.

• Bonne capacité d’organisation et de gestion du temps, notamment lors de tournages ou de directs.

• Polyvalence pour intervenir sur plusieurs aspects techniques (image, son, lumière).
