per month, Not negotiableHello, I am looking for a new roommate to replace my current roommate. Ideally, the room would be available for a three-month period, from June 1 to September 1, 2026. There is also the option of a one-year lease, from June 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027. The apartment is spacious, bright, well-insulated, and fully furnished. It has two bathrooms, so everyone can have their own as well as two balconies. The rent is €450 excluding utilities, or approximately €510–520 maximum per month including utilities. There are no agency fees. The apartment is close to many amenities: Lidl, Kaufland, La Poste, Mega Image, etc. It is located next to Parcul Circului, about a 10-minute walk from the Ștefan cel Mare metro station. My name is Clément, I'm 27, French, and I'm studying in Bucharest. I'd say I'm a nice, easy-going person, clean without being overly strict.
