@Randomguy2000 thank you for the information. Am a Nigerian trying to come to Iran, and my country is currently on visa free to Iran. My question is , can I visit other Iranian neighboring countries like turkey. Azerbaijan, Armenia through Iranian land boarders. I want to visit them as tourist too. Is there any border restrictions.

There are currently no border restrictions, but the visa rules are still the same. If you want to cross from Iran to Turkey, then you will need a visa, or your passport has to allow you to go visa free.
The same with Azerbaijan either you will need a visa, or your passport will have to allow you to go there visa free.
Looking at the visa map you will need a visa to every single around that borders Iran without expectation. The only country that will allow you to apply for an E-visa to it is Pakistan.
Back in October Iran closed the border between Iran, and Pakistan. But I think it is open again. I am not sure because the situation with Iran and its neighbors borders are always changing and depending on the political situation there a border may be closed off without warning. They also frequently close the border between Iran, and Iraqi Kurdistan. Also a few times a month Iran and Afghanistan also clash over the border which causes it to shut down for a few days. The same for Azerbaijan, and Iran since there is also sometimes border fights there as well.,
The only borders that I know that currently have no issues with Iran are the Iran and Turkish border crossing, and the Iran and Armenia bordering crossing.
But you will need a visa to both Turkey, and Armenia if you want to cross from Iran into those countries. Also be careful not to illegally cross to Turkey because it is reported by many asylum seekers, and others that the Turkish military is shooting at them while trying to cross the border illegally.
Also, the same situation in Azerbaijan as well that sometimes they shoot at people on the border if they think they are smugglers or trying to cross illegally.
