MeetMe! Play: The Feelings Lab Workshop — is a hands-on creative session for kids aged 5–8 years, designed to help children explore their emotions, build their feelings vocabulary, and walk away with two things they made themselves.
Over two hours, children will create a personalised sensory bottle (a calming tool they can use when feelings get big), and an emotions wheel to help them identify and name what they're feeling. Both activities are creative, fun, and genuinely useful beyond the workshop.
Parents are welcome to stay for the session or drop off and enjoy a coffee at Yellow Lane downstairs.
