This year again, a Taste Day will take place from 4 p.m. on May 24th to 10 p.m. on May 25th.
Paseo de Roxas Street will be transformed into a pedestrian area and will host around twenty tents; each one will represent a French or Filipino culinary specialty.
One of the most notable in the previous edition was a crêperie run by a true Breton.
This year we will have the privilege of welcoming a French chef from a school run by Alain Ducasse, with a first demonstration starting Saturday at 6 p.m. These demonstrations will be held in the central pavilion.
This day is organized by the French Embassy, Chef Patrice, and many other partners.
