Jennifer Foo thrives on lovingly guiding and supporting people of all ages and walks of life, through rapid transformation by sharing insights, realizations and wisdom gained by direct life experiences, through a wide range of Integrative Healing Therapies and Holistic Transformational Life Coaching, Empowerment Workshops and Wellness Retreats. She now brings her expertise to you, right here in Mauritius, all that she has learnt, experienced and practiced in various retreats around the World, during her 13years living overseas (Australia, Canada and Guatemala) and her many travels to 30 countries.

During the retreat, Jennifer will also share her own personal experience of using the same practices that will be taught, for rapid transformation in her life and how that lead to her dropping 25kgs in the space of 4 months and sustaining optimal weight since with ease, alongside actualizing her long time dream and living life more fully than ever before.
