Pleine Forme is an independent gym in Marly, 5 minutes from Fribourg, since 1995. Coaching is not an extra here: qualified coaches are on the gym floor 7 days a week to guide you, correct your technique and adapt your programme.
Strength and cardio training on Technogym and Matrix equipment.
Group classes: Spinning, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, Body Balance, Pump-E, Fit Dance Latino, TRX, Cross Training and more.
Sauna, personal training and assessments.
A Technogym Checkup is included with every new membership, so you know exactly where you are starting from.
