Atlas Relocation Group (ARG) is based in Burgas, Bulgaria, supporting international entrepreneurs, companies, individuals and families with relocation and the practical requirements of living and doing business in Bulgaria.

Immigration and relocation

We assist with assessing the appropriate residence basis, preparing Visa D and residence application files, renewals, family reunification, student and pensioner residence, EU citizen and family registration, permanent and long-term residence, and Bulgarian citizenship matters. Employers and specialists can obtain support with work and residence procedures and the EU Blue Card. The scope is agreed after reviewing the individual circumstances.

Business, tax and accounting

Our services include Bulgarian company registration, branches and representative offices, corporate changes, registered address arrangements, accounting and payroll, VAT registration and reporting, and consultations on corporate, accounting and tax matters. We also coordinate banking documentation, including ownership and source-of-funds information, licensing and compliance, property matters and private-client planning.

Legal and document support

Legal advice and representation are provided by the relevant lawyers under direct client engagements. ARG coordinates the specialists and administrative work involved, including document preparation and translation services. Applications, banking services and authorisations remain subject to decisions by the relevant authorities and institutions.
