We are LUUM, an architecture studio based in Croatia. We know how daunting it can be to build, buy or renovate in a new country, with unfamiliar rules, paperwork and a language barrier on top. We work in English and we'll guide you through every step in plain language. Feel free to message us with any questions, even if you're just starting to think about a project.
