Bellerive Properties

Bellerive Properties is a luxury real estate agency founded by Anne-Sophie Zeller, active across the Swiss shore of Lake Geneva: Geneva and its left-bank communes (Cologny, Vandœuvres, Vésenaz, Anières), Terre Sainte and La Côte (Coppet, Nyon, Rolle, Morges), Lausanne, Lavaux and the Riviera (Vevey, Montreux).

We specialise in exceptional properties: manor villas, waterfront homes, lake-view houses and prestige apartments. Many transactions close without any public listing: our network of owners, notaries and fellow agents gives us access to off-market properties, which we present first to the buyers registered with us.

For buyers, we provide end-to-end support. We define your criteria with you, then propose a selection of listed and confidential properties. We arrange viewings, negotiate on your behalf and follow your file through to signing at the notary. We pay particular attention to buyers from abroad, notably France: purchase conditions according to your situation (relocation to Switzerland, cross-border commuter status, Lex Koller law), financing, purchase costs and introductions to specialist notaries and tax advisers. Our fees are paid by the seller.

For sellers, we offer a free, no-obligation valuation carried out by a broker, not an algorithm. We then design a tailored marketing strategy, public or fully confidential, reaching a qualified Swiss and international clientele.

Our team: Anne-Sophie Zeller, founder, covering Geneva, and Matthieu Lemaire, broker, covering the canton of Vaud. We work in French and English.
